I started Faye Ferris Consulting because I believe small, local businesses are the backbone of our communities - and too often the people running them are stretched thin, overwhelmed and doing it alone.
My focus is on helping you thrive: streamlining operations so you are not firefighting every day, giving you direction and support when the next step feels unclear, and building real confidence around money through coaching and mentorship.
I am not a registered bookkeeper or financial adviser. What I offer is practical, judgement-free support from someone who has been in the trenches and genuinely wants to see you and your business succeed.
Before this, I spent more than 20+ years in senior commercial roles across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia, progressing to board-level Director positions. I led sales and marketing teams, built CRM and reporting systems, and turned strategic ideas into practical execution before starting my own consulting business. I am also the Treasurer of a local not-for-profit club: Empire Bay Physie.
